The Ellen M. Leach Memorial Home consists of 90 individual apartment homes.
Features
The one and two-bedroom apartment homes feature a comfortable living room, a full-size kitchen and bathroom as well as ample closet space throughout. An intercom system is located within the apartments to allow visitor interaction and access. All utilities are included as well as housekeeping, continental breakfast and a full course lunch. For safety, in addition to the fire alarm system, all apartments are equipped with a sprinkler system as well as emergency pull-cords.
Rates – LIHTC
The Ellen M. Leach Memorial Home is a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Property. For 63 of our apartment homes, the rent is determined by the LIHTC program guidelines.
Eligibility:
- 1. Applicant must be 62 years of age or older.
- 2. Applicants' annual income must be within the income limits established for the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program.

2 persons at 60%: | $49,260 |

We offer 27 market-rate apartment homes where eligibility is age 62 or older and the monthly rates are as follows:
1 person in 1 bedroom: | $2,886 |
2 persons in 1 bedroom: | $3,374 |
1 person in 2 bedrooms: | $3,447 |
2 persons in 2 bedrooms: | $3929 |
